Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted by our quality control team.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
